1938-1952 - Somewhere around this time, Burrumbeet probably competed in the Ballarat DFL. But if the below information from a reliable source (Phil of Timelord's) is correct, then Burrumbeet might actually have been in this association's predecessor.
1952 - Burrumbeet's football club folded in approximately 1952.

1959 (Ballarat FL District Section) :
One source reckons that the Ballarat B Grade FL changed its name to the Ballarat DFL as opposed to them being separate associations. According to this source, the BDFL actually only started in 1959, as it was under different names, previously.
